New Beginnings is a Holistic centre in the heart of Nenagh owned by Yvonne Kelly and Lisa Costen.

This centre offers one on one therapies such as Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage, Energy therapies and much more. The centre is 9 years in business and also hosts events such as Women's circles, Yoga classes and a range of group activities.

It has been a massive contribution to local and community groups with it's hub of activity and warm and friendly welcome.

Our home in Duleek, Meath where Siobhain runs her clinic on Wednesday mornings from 7:30am to 12:30pm.

Antonia & Helen Antonia Fleeton and Helen Price are psychotherapists from Co Meath.

Both are passionate about the connection between body, mind and soul in promoting overall wellbeing.

While their professional focus is on mental health support they realise that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to working with psychological distress and that each unique individual heals differently.

From this, the concept of Four Swans was developed – a mission to create a safe, welcoming and private sanctuary where healing, growth and personal development can occur with a range of talk therapies and holistic services on offer for children, adolescents and adults.

A full range of classes, workshops, gatherings circles, and training opportunities is also growing at the centre In addition to supporting our clients, we also aim to provide an ambient and comfortable space from which our therapists can offer their professional services.
